Love good music? Would like to taste the World? Wish to unwind and discover new voices? Or just want to feel good in a great company at a beautiful place by the Lake Balaton…
Influenced by jazz, pop, and Brazilian rhythms like frevo, maracatu and baião, the septet Silibrina launched its first album O Raio last year.
Piano, bass, guitar and brass join percussion instruments typical from Brazilian music like caracaxá, ganzá, timbal, alfaia, gonguê and the tambourine. The result brings the public a new way, both elegant and exciting, to experience Brazilian music.
The pianist Gabriel Nóbrega – responsible for the septet’s compositions and arrangements – counts with Ricardinho Paraíso on bass, Jabes Felipe behind the drums, Matheus Pradoplaying percussion, Wagner Barbosa and Reynaldo Izeppi blowing the saxophone and the trumpet as well as Gileno Foinquinos strumming the guitar. Extremely active in the Brazilian musical scenario, the band puts together a multitude of references coming from different parts of the country.
